First impression: A very light, nice picture, good quality, very nice cosplay.
Next impression: The title. I like it though I can't quite connect it to the picture. The picture is more like opposite of them both, there are the Avengers e.g. and want to catch them but won't because they dissappear before. That's the kind of setting I'd imagine to that, despite the very friendly colours. Hope you can follow me there ^^
Now to the details: The outfits seem very well done and fit good with the cosplayers, which faces and figures fit good with Loki and Clint.
I like how the image blurs out at the edges, though I can't quite classify (is it classify? do you say that?) the background. Like, it's quite cool but then, somehow it seems so totally unrelated, so I guess I won't make my opinion about that. Although, one thing: If it is a background with graffiti, I would've like it better if there wasn't only writing, but maybe a painting, or even something Loki-related, which would be very cool.
I like how the Tesseract (oh god I hope that was correct) is edited, also personally, I'd like a bit less glittering and a bit more "steam" thing. Only a little bit.
Staying in the shadows was a good decision i suppose. Makes the image seem a bit more... "Loki-like"? and adds a little bit of darkness.
I like the idea about the picture. Casually getting lost, seems like a normal day to them. Haven't got much to say about that, I just like it ^^
I can't say much about technique because I'm not really working with photos, but well, it looks good... and since I know you are good at "nachbearbeiten" (oh god i don't know the english word i'm sorry) it's definitely not bad.
The Impact though is rather low; since it's not one the very "exciting" pictures - but since that's not the intention that's perfectly fine.
But all in all, it's critique on a high level; it fits quite well alltogether, not too bright, not too dark, the characters are well done. So! my conclusion: I like it! :)
I hope that helped a bit, it's my first critique so I apologise for missing something or any mistakes. Have a great day :)

The all over cosplay is incredible, first off. You really go all out! You seriously look like Hiddleston's clone; very very convincing. Hawkeye looks pretty convincing as well! You and your friends always put so much effort into your cosplays, and it truly shows! If you can be that convincing at cross dressing, you can do anything in cosplay. Both costumes are amazing with no details missed!

Loki and Hawkeye's stances are very in character; though this photo is meant to be comical, it still fits in with their personalities.

The photo as a whole is lovely. I love the scenario going on here; not only is it comical, but the scenery switches things up. Seeing them in a location you wouldn't normally see them is interesting. I love the composition of the photo; though the wall behind them is covered with colorful graffiti, it doesn't take the attention off of the two. Loki and Hawkeye stand out at an angle that still focuses mostly on them in the photo, rather than the back ground, though the wall behind them still gives the photo an interesting and fun atmosphere.

The editing is quality work. The Tesseract looks very real and convincing; great Photo Shopping skills.

There is one thing that stands out that I think the photo can do without: The blurring around the edges, especially at the bottom. It is a little distracting and I believe unnecessary as you have already achieved nice composition that didn't need much editing. Other then that, very nice job with costume, technique, and creativity.

You need to get better at your hiding skills, Loki. I pin-pointed your location 3 seconds after you finished your sentence.

Wauw, like Miki-Magic said, you look like a Hiddleston clone! And that actually makes this cosplay work! The costume's very accurate 'n such. Yay for you! (seriously, thank you for making my day with this picture)
