However, that is not to say that it is a bad piece of work. Physically, you do Loki very well. Your features and his are almost synonymous, the slightly tight lips, the high and narrow cheekbones mimic his facial features perfectly. These are all biological features of course and thus less of your own artifice. Nevertheless, you did choose to do a Loki cosplay and you did it well because of that.
The comments are saying that the clothing colours seem off and I do agree they seem a little more muted and dulled, but compared to Thor and Avengers, where Loki is often seen in quite bright circumstances, here he is in the rain and against quite a dour background, and so the faded clothes lend themselves far more nicely to the whole muted sadness of the scene. Once again, well-played.
Posing and stance are once again achieved very well for the picture. He is upright but the head is both down and averted, giving me the sense that he feels shamed by his current state, but that he too does not want to abandon what remains of his pride. The hardened expression and eyes glancing away, once again giving the sense that he has lost his pride.
However, something, perhaps the rest of the scene, makes me feel as if there is a solemness in his eyes as well, that he feels guilty and does not like some of the things he has done, and now dearly wants to be back with everyone.
The expression Loki has is one of my favorite things about this picture. The look is clearly upset, but not in the overly dramatic way that Loki is too often shown as. Your facial expressions as this character is mind blowing. Subtle yet wholly effective.
All in all, fantastic job. You have impressed me immensely, and I'm sure you've done the same with others like me!
Great outfit and expression though.
PS: Cool chains!xD
REAAALLLY good cosplay!
Du stellst das Original mittlerweile fast in den Schatten. Bzw machst du es. Denn du machst Bilder, die Fan-Herzen höher schlagen lässt - und nicht nur deren! ^^
